You accept people for who they are, that school obviously didn't. You hired and promoted gay people, the school shunned them. It's true we are all sinners and come short of the glory of God. It's when a school, or individuals pick out the particular sins of others to persecute indicating these sins are extra that things go wrong. That school, and Florida's Governor, excel at throwing stones. You suggest I'm judging Christians when I'm judging those who exemplify values that are not Christ-like.
