Worse than “glossed over,” many historians deny that slave breeding on a large scale. I’ve been searching for photographs of slaves being shipped by train and stagecoach. I recollect having seen one previously but can't find one now (still looking). I’ve learned that the railroads actually owned many slaves and while you always hear about Chinese workers building western railroads, much of the rest of them were built by slaves.
