Truthfully, I became an Economics major because I founf it easy, I was more interested at 17 in playing backetball and chasing women. Only later and gradually did I take an interest in history. Had I known the history first, I'd have had a better understanding of limited choices due to sysyemic racism. The question isn't which history has to do with Economics. All history does, which is why we must understand as much as possible.
