There is no intent to equate the various types of rape. I've written dozens of times about the rape of women and maybe twice about the rape of men. It is rape when a man with a power imbalance forces a woman to have sex against her will under threat of possible death. The woman will experience far more than disapproval, the purpose of many rapes was to produce children which would ultimately be stripped from her and sold. There were no good rapes but don't discount when it happened to men.
