The way they found to rapisly increase the number of slaves, after 1808, was forced breeding and rape. I see and have often talked about what Whigs and Republicand did to eliminate slavery back when they were the Party of Lincoln. I also discuss when they made a deal and covered their eyes during the Compromise of 1877 and Posse Comitatus in 1878.
