The Special Counsel didn’t cite a specific crime because of the Justice Department memo saying he couldn’t be charged. He felt it unfair to accuse the President of a crime, leaving him no recourse to address the charge without a trial. Of course, “Individual 1” has been named a co-conspirator in the case that saw his private attorney sentenced to three years for carrying out his will. Trump did obstruct justice in ten instances cited by Mueller who didn’t find Trump, innocent, despite his claims but indicated he couldn’t prove some charges, primarily because witnesses and documents were withheld.

The House didn’t name specific crimes in the Articles of impeachment but did name several specific crimes including bribery and extortion in their report under the general subject of, “Abuse of Power.”

You know who and what he is, you just don’t care.
