The government is a reflection of what the rich people want, always has been. It already forces people to sell their homes and give the land to others, it's called eminent domain. Rioch white people already tell Black people what and how much they can own. You are confused in thinking the government is some separate entity that doesn't reflect rich white people. Look at it branch by branch. The Judiciary is appointed and confirmed by rich white people. The bulk of the Congress, especially in the Senate is rich white people. The Executive Branch starts with which rich white person outlasts the others, in the rarest of cases when a Black man wins, there are enough controls to make sure he doesn't go crazy. Mitch McConnell made it his mission. The government reflects the will of rich white people, how is that so difficult to understand.
