The entities in this case who would bring charges are the Department of Justice and the State of Florida. These are criminal offenses, not a civil suit requiring an individual to push the cases. The only sex charge I want Gaetz charged with is the case involving a minor. Florida law only cares what age she is without regard to whatever she may have told him. Gaetz should also have been charged with obstruction of justice and illegal drug use. I don't care about the prostitution counts.
