Procter & Gamble took positive steps to achieve a goal they weren’t meeting by doing something different. They went and found Black potential hires to make their workforce more diverse. That was no small step for P&G. Attending their sales meetings and going to the corporate headquarters, their salespeople looked like clones, down to the same color suits, shirts, and ties.
