So he is a criminal but they aren’t real crimes so they don’t count? His lawyer didn’t just do something, he did something on behalf of the man that paid him and at his direction. If I pay somebody to commit a criminal act, yeah, that makes me a criminal. Along with bribery, extortion, fraud (tax and insurance) and money laundering.
