There’s lots of information available, you found your way to my article so I presume you have the Internet, Google away. There are pictures of his actual teeth, information about his dentist. Let me know what you’ll accept and because it entertains me, I may provide it.
You make an assumption I don’t write about Black History and you would be wrong. I write quite a bit about the history of black people in America which out of necessity includes a lot of not so good information those who deigned to own them. A couple of articles you might enjoy are about slave breeding farms and Thomas Jefferson and all he did to make them profitable. Because you don’t seem to like looking things up, I’ll provide them.
You did suggest that Africans are responsible for slavery because they sold many other black Africans into slavery which was indeed a percentage of the slaves taken from Africa. Generally, the slavery that existed in Africa was a whole different thing than what eventually was practiced in the Americas. For example, the children of slaves in Africa were born free which definitely wasn’t the case here.
If you want to get into a discussion about history with me, I submit you might have a whole lot of reading to do in preparation. I might suggest you read the transcripts from the Lincoln/Douglas debates as well. They’ll surely make you proud. If you want to find someone rather heroic (even though he owned slaves) try looking up John Jay. If you’re dependent on the legacies of Jefferson, Washington, or Lincoln, you’ll likely be disappointed, unless you stick your head back in the sand and refuse to believe.
