Newark Airport is a nightmare with people as rude as anywhere on the planet, I can't speak for the populace. I've been thru Blue Earth having grown up in Minnesota. I have no recollection either way but suspect the people weren't rude. As for Walla Walla? I can't say. Americans traveling the globe do a fine enough job of representing the ugly American. I saw some on my trip.
