My “mind-reading” was a show of my respect for your intelligence. I submit it’s damn near impossible for anyone not totally isolated from the news to be unaware of Trump’s criminal nature. His Trump University has been judged a fraud and shut down (after paying a $25 million settlement). The Trump Organization is under investigation for among other things Campaign Finance violations. I’m sure a creative mind could come up with different excuses for paying off porn stars and Playmates just before the election but the State of New York isn’t likely to be as creative.

He (and his father) violated federal housing laws. He’s been judged to have perjured himself over 30 times during depositions taken before his election. The one thing all his current and former lawyers agree on is he can’t ever be deposed or questioned under oath because he’s a pathological liar. I make no attempt to change your mind because I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that you know most of this and have decided it wasn’t important enough to separate yourself.

I think the majority of his crimes are financial and involve fraud and money laundering. I’m disappointed the House didn’t wait until more of that information was available to strengthen the case against him but there is that matter of him letting Russia continue to influence our elections which again seems not to be your concern. I’d cite all the recent evidence but everything points to the fact I’d be wasting my time.

When the Senate judges Trump to have done nothing wrong. I’ll derive some small satisfaction as more and more of his criminal acts get exposed because he hasn’t yet found a way to eliminate leaks, whistleblowers, and the free press. But forgive me for assuming once again… but you won’t care. Perhaps one day you’ll think about all these times you turned away from the truth… only time will tell. I will have moved on, not trying to change your mind because I don’t care.
