MW, I don’t know where else you’d look? Especially in Florida. There are many quite nice neighborhoods in Palm Coast and I’ve found my neighbors to be quite friendly. They are generally hostile to renters but owners get treated with respect. I’m a Realtor; if you want to get a feel for what you can get for your money. Feel free to get in touch.
