Is there anything unique Black Conservatives bring to conservatism? While there once were Black voices saying the exact same thing as white conservatives. I can't think of anything one could identify that they brought separately to the party. So what would one teach other than these people bought into a philosophy that arguably never meant them well.

Small government means less protections. Fiscal responsibility doesn't account for the way the deck has historically been stacked against them. I get that Black people are more conservative on many social issues, when it comes to fiscal issues, the conservative movement does nothing to recognize systemic racism and is compelled to deny it meaning they will never address i.
