If you set aside the leadership of Hamas for a moment, does the average Palestinian including the children deserve the onslaught about to hit them, were they deserving of the persecution they were already receiving? I'm not saying that Israeli citizens were deserving of being attacked though arguably they did elect Netanyahu who gave them exactly what he promised. I'm trying to understand all sides but I won't ignore the plight of the Palestinians, that's the kind of thinking that caused Nat Turner to erupt.
