If you put the burden on Obama to have changed America I think you ask too uch. He did prove that a Blac person was able to hold high office with integrity but if you wanted change, you did get Obamacare which gave healthcare to many millions of people who didn't have it before. I think he could have done ,more in some areas, but isn't that true of all Presidents?
