I wouldn't have put some of the slaveowners as worst. Trump did end the peaceful transition of power so there's that. Jefferson was worse because he knew exactly what he was doing. Trump's first term was bad but he was ignorant on how to use presidential power. This time around, he would be surrounded by those with an agenda and the means to carry it out.
