I think with Sotomayer; it’s a false equivalency as she did report the income. Any of the Justices can be linked to cases where people say they should have recused themselves; in some of the cases they hear, all of the Justices might have theoretical conflicts. The same with Gorsuch if we’re talking about the same thing.
