I suspect that every successful Black Republican you know was at some point a beneficiary of what you call DEI. Clarence Thomas used affirmative action to attend his high school and Yale. He became resentful when even with a Yale law degree, he didn't command the same job offers as his peers. Those schools once didn't let Black people attend. DEI is intendended to undo systemic racism. Is it really reverse racism to take away the advantages white people have? In America, we have more of a class issue than a race issue, racism is one of the mechanisms that makes the system work. Power is an essential element and rich, white people have more of that than anyone else. Please give me one example with numbers to support it where white people have been victims of racism?
