A couple of the pending agreements were abandoned entirely, most others that required ongoing supervision by a federal judge had that requirement removed. There is a link with more information regarding the "Statement of Interest" which carries no legal force but still has influence.

Biden cannot simply reinstate documents because they are negotiated documents and would require all parties to agree. Having said that, there is much that is still vague and I can't find anything Biden has said specifically on the topic although others surrounding him are indicating his plans to reimplement consent decrees.
