Hello Bob, thanks as always for a thoughtful response. I confess to writing the subtitle though I ask you to accept the premise that “whiteness” is different than simply being white. I wrote a chapter for an anthology; “Fieldnotes on Allyship: Achieving Equality Together” where I was asked to define whiteness at length. All white people are not immune to disparity and their privilege, those afflicted by “whiteness” unfortunately are.
