Hello Bob, American readers got almost no exposure to New Zealand rugby protests. I can’t say whether it was due to a general disinterest in Rugby (the same used to be said of soccer) but there was very little press coverage. It’s also possible the powers that be didn’t want to cover racism in sports around the globe because someone, somewhere, would eventually look back at America and its hypocrisy.
