Being alive and living in America is a pretty low bar for faring well. As for Ben Carson, he was once a brilliant neurosurgeon. He saved lives and made things easier for other Black doctors to do well outside of being community family practitioners. What he once was made what he has become that much sadder. All the folk that, unlike Herman Cain, survived have suffered because of their association with Trump. BTW, don’t rule out homelessness for Rev. Darrell Scott; he’s on that trajectory, so give him a little more time.
